An Overview...

 

The entire program lasts for 28 days (4 weeks) and comprises of 1 white week & 3 green weeks.

 

It is very important that you have 4 meals a day!. You must eat every 3 to 4 hours in order to show your body that there is no lack of food and the metabolism does not slow down. Therefore you should not skip any meal! Take care to always eat enough of the food suggested. All meals are seasoned without salt.
